What we promise in writing.
We're a new agency. We don't yet have a wall of client photos in front of the Eiffel Tower. So we replaced the photos with five written promises, fixed in the contract with every client. This is our analogue of a track record before the track record exists.

Transparent price
You know the full sum before signing the contract.
Our fee + consular fee + third-party services (insurance, translations, notary, bookings). No «pay extra later for urgency» or «consul tax». Price in the contract = price on the receipt.

We refuse weak cases
If chances are below 70% — we'll say so.
We won't take money for a knowingly losing attempt. Better to lose a client now than their refusal a month later + a 6-month «cooling period» at the consulate. What we offer instead: wait, change the consulate or direction.

Free first 20 minutes
First meeting is on us.
20 minutes on WhatsApp or Zoom. You get a strategy: which visa, which consulate, what the chances are, what the estimate is. Even if you then go and apply on your own — the strategy stays with you.

Refund on our error
If a refusal is caused by our error in the documents — we refund the fee + consular fee.
Stated word-for-word in the contract. «Our error» — we forgot a document, mistranslated, filled the form wrong, missed a deadline. Not «our error» — client gave false data, consulate made a subjective decision, country policy changed.

Year of support included
After the stamp — 365 days of direct WhatsApp.
Questions on the road, border issues, lost passport, help at crossings, visa renewal (60 days before expiry — reminder call). Not an add-on, not an upsell — part of the base package on every tier.
